30 Days Of Finding Light- a FREE Series of Daily Prompts
Hi friends. How many of you have days (or hours or weeks even) where you struggle to find light right now? More than six months into a global pandemic and societal reckoning, 2020 has already thrown more at us than we could have possibly imagined. And October is shaping up to be a doozy!
As I navigate all the uncertainty and swirl myself, I have tools, tips, and practices that I utilize every day. Things I’ve picked up along my own personal journey of self-knowledge, healing, and years as a podcast host and creative. But I need help* and reminders sometimes to put them to use. And you might be in the same boat.
So I’ve decided to create a FREE, 30-day series of simple prompts around the theme of Finding Light, the name of my new website and ethos for the work I do. Poke around the site here if you’re curious or want to learn a bit more. But the prompts will be based on concepts like mindfulness, attentional focus, contemplation, and various healing modalities.
